5th Anniversary

It was our 5th anniversary last week. It's an event we don't typically celebrate but at the insistence (and generosity) of Grandma and Grandpa we went out. The original plan was to go to a play, but because of the timetable with our babysitter we ended up going to the local art cinema. We saw a lovely movie...

...about a French shoe-shiner who discovers an Algerian boy trying to reconnect with his mother in London, who in the process of being legally smuggled across the sea ends up in a little French village. The man, whose wife is in the hospital with terminal cancer, takes the boy under his wing all the while developing a friendship with the police detective trailing both of them. A sweet movie that had a deliciously slow pace without ever being dull.

And of course here we are, looking like youngsters.

Wieso "looking like youngsters"?
