Around the house

We've been cleaning the house and getting some things organized.  The apartment is making progress and while Karola was away for a day in Berlin, we even made a lemon cake for fun:

  

And it's been nice to have a lot of time with the kids over the long weekend (Thursday & Friday were the last Ferientage of the summer). But everyone's ready for school to start again on Monday!

There were several games

We had several games, such as blindfolded pot hunting. As you can maybe tell, it got VERY loud. (!) There was also a very successful riddle-based treasure hunt that ended in the new Häuschen outside.

 

Okay! We finally finished the three-party weekend and we're ready for some S&K (Schule und Kindergarten). Hopefully we'll have some video up soon. Bye for now
