On our second afternoon in Seefeld we were dog-sitting Joschi so instead of skiing we decided to help fulfill one of Sam's deepest desires: to walk up an Alpine mountain while listening to Alpinesinfonie. The 2.5 mile trip up to the peak of Gschwandtkopf climbing over 800m (2600+ ft) was an effort (at least for the older folks) but fortunately there were great views and a restaurant awaiting us at the top. After eating with full bellies (and with gravity now on our side) the 2.5 miles back down was twice as fast and a bit more fun.
